Keanu Reeves leads the cast as Kai, an outcast who joins Oishi (Hiroyuki Sanada), the leader of the 47 outcast samurai. Together they seek vengeance upon the treacherous overlord who killed their master and banished their kind. Synopsis and plot
47 ронинов — самураев, которые лишились своего господина - не желая мириться с торжеством зла, бросают вызов захватчикам, чтобы отомстить за смерть своего сюзерена и изгнать тёмные силы со своих земель. Но единственным шансом на спасение может стать лишь странник по имени Кай, который возглавит сорок семь воинов в их битве с демонами, принявшими человеческий облик. Судьба уготовила герою нелёгкий путь: его предали самые близкие и сослали в рабство, но даже это не смогло сломить его волю. Ронины находят полукровку и убеждают его присоединиться к их отряду, стать настоящим воином и отомстить за все свои потери. Грядет битва между добром и злом, и от ее исхода будут зависеть судьбы множества людей.
