The story takes place in the late 1980s in the small town. Lesya is a beautiful, gifted, but very self-willed girl. After her parents died, she was raised by her elder sister Katya. For Lesya's sake, she abandoned the dream of becoming an actor and worked around the clock so that Lesya would have it all. Shortly after graduation from school, beautiful Lesya received a marriage proposal from her ardent admirer and accepted it.
