About the TV Series
Masha and Vanya were born on the same day in the same maternity hospital in the early 1980s. Their families lived separate lives until Vanya’s father, an OBKhSS officer, began targeting Masha’s father, the director of a grocery store. Despite their parents’ animosity, Masha and Vanya meet and find kindred spirits in each other, even as events unfold that will tragically change their lives.
