The Legend of the Oriental Pied Hornbill
About the Movie
In the forests of southern China, rare crowned hornbills are being forced to seek increasingly unusual nesting sites — from hollows high in the canopy to limestone caves. Scientists from China and Thailand have spent years observing the birds, studying their behavior, and helping protect the species through artificial nests and habitat restoration.
