More than two thousand years ago, the Iberian Peninsula was part of the Roman Empire and was called «Hispania», meaning «land of rabbits», due to the extraordinary abundance of this popular animal. Today, the rabbit is still an important part of the Iberian Peninsula’s natural environment, although nothing is the same as it was in Roman times. This documentary shows the great importance of the rabbit for the survival of the populations of the most emblematic predators of the Iberian fauna.
